TYPE OF HOME SECURITY MEASURE(S) INSTALLED IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA COMPARED TO THE NATIONAL AVERAGE (Table 30) The prevalence and type of security measures installed in South Australia were generally consistent with the national findings, however some differences exist. When compared to the national population, households in South Australia were more likely to have:

AWARENESS OF SECURITY WHEN AT HOME (Table 35) Approximately one in four persons in South Australia (26% or 364,800) reported being more aware of their security when at home, compared to 12 months earlier.
